Do I get a warranty with the worked completed?
Yes! All our cavity & loft work is guaranteed for up to 25 years. If any insulation or heating measures are discovered to be installed incorrectly within that time, it will be rectified at no cost to you.
The insuring entity will vary depending on the product being insured, including but limited to: CIGA/IAA, Qualitymark, or ourselves.
Products installed via the HIES Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (Air Source Heat Pumps / Solar Panels and related equipment) are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
Do you leave any rubbish at the property?
Any work conducted by Heatpac includes the full removal and disposal of old insulation material and any packaging material for new material.
If a mess is made during the insulation it will be fully cleaned up for you.
How long does it take?

Do I need to empty my loft entirely before you install loft insulation?
To ensure our installation team can work safely, efficiently, and achieve total coverage, the loft floor needs to be clear of stored items. If you have large or heavy items that you cannot move yourself, please let us know during your initial property survey so we can advise on the best way forward.
Will cavity wall insulation cause any damage or disruption to my outside walls?
Not at all. The process is entirely external and highly non-invasive. Our technicians drill small, precisely placed injection holes into the mortar joints of your outside walls to blow the insulation material in. Once the cavity is filled, we pack and seal the holes with a mortar that closely matches your existing brickwork. By the time we leave, the holes are virtually invisible, and your daily routine inside won’t be disrupted at all.
