  • Homeowners contribute towards the cost of installation
  • Contribution is a fraction of the cost of doing it privately. (i.e. £600 instead of £1400)
  • Property must not have already claimed under the scheme.
  • Property must be rated D, E, F or G on an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
    • (If the property does not currently have an EPC – our licenced surveyors can calculate your rating during the initial survey)
  • Property must be in the Council Tax band of either A, B, C or D
  • If the property is privately rented, an occupant must receive an applicable benefit.
