Heat pack gave me a great cavity wall installation price, booked me in a time that was suitable for us and delivered a a great job with good heat saving results. The guys on the job were very professional with a good friendly attitude. Would recommend this company and use there services again.

We needed our conservatory insulating this company took on this small job , quickly and very professionally. Callum gave us good advice and we were very grateful as other companies did not want to help has the job was to small and it wasn't cost effective. Callum put the customers needs first instead of been money greedy. I would say that was going the extra mile Thank you.

We just had Callum from Heatpac to survey our home for cavity wall insulation. He was on time, very polite and I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty. He advised that our property was unsuitable for the type of insulation they use and advised us to look for another company using a different system. I'm sure less scrupulous companies would have still taken on the work and charged over the odds. I'm disappointed that we can't use Heatpac, but very grateful for their honest advice. Thank you.
